My handwritten inspirational Affirmations are words that inspire, affirm and help you bring about change in your life but the question is - how is this achieved and why do I refer to them as being more than just words?.

The joyful process of writing; interpretation; and reflection; of over 3,730 original, deep and meaningful Inspirational Affirmations for self and soul has been borne out of my automatic writing 'gift' and this process has helped bring about tremendous change in my life.

It has allowed me to experience first hand, the power of these original hand written words, which - although have been written through me - have only just come to be fully understood by me. The interpretations of which I now give to you - to help inspire, motivate and empower you to also bring prosperity, happiness, health and abundance into your life.

Unlike other traditional affirmations, where you are advised to constantly repeat the words to yourself, so that they sink into the mind - I realized that my handwritten form of Inspirational Affirmations work differently because their purpose; meaning; and essence; is not to affect the mind, but to affect and touch the the soul within you. As I always say, these words "are not written for you, but for the soul within you."

How & Why They Work?

They work when you allow them be read to your soul so that they can be received by the soul. The reason for this is that - "They inspire and affirm from within, outwards and not outwards, to that which is within." They do not need to be constantly repeated to the mind, because they are not written for the mind. The soul, unlike the mind, requires no repetition to be given understanding; value; meaning; and purpose; to all things - that are essential to your understanding of life and your experiences of life.
