At what point should we make the decision to have enough belief in who we are, and in what we are doing, in order to manifest what we want into our lives? 

Well today, is as good a day as any, to make this decision. It is the point at which you tell yourself; or that you believe in yourself enough, to trust that your abilities and capabilities - are good enough to achieve all that you want. 

You certainly are good enough; all that is needed of you today - is to tell yourself so.
